Linseed oil is a natural preservative and is very effective in curing the wood to withstand both the elements as well as the wear and tear that as in the case of a wood floor it receives. So much linseed oil in this mixture it is imperative using caution with rags fully saturated not using.

Superdeck has by far highest concentration of boiled linseed oil to any common stains generally found at your local sherwin williams paint stores making it ideal for cedar siding. Once you have boiled the mixture for a few minutes take the pan to where you will be adding the linseed oil. As if that wasn t enough it is also used in soaps inks and in the production of linoleum. Linseed oil extracted from flax seed is one of the most useful natural oils.
